Seriously, [censored] email when it comes to pary support. I dont wast e my time. Definately get them on the vine. If u can effectively communicate with them, they are, from what ive experienced, pretty accomodating.

Can you really have 5040 tournaments running at once?

Took me a second, but that was great.

here is a another way of lookng at the situation.
party is most deff. the fishiest site we have.
while you may have lost your buy in you probley still stand to make more money from all the fish on party then say on UB or anywhere else . and this is a problem that could happen with any site.
just a thought...

Me to Party:

Ever think that they might be a bit more accomodating if you weren't such an A55hole.

Stick to Pokerstars for tournaments.

For all those that think that Party pays personal attention to every email...

[/ QUOTE ]

I just thought I'd chime in that I haven't seen anyone on the forums here that thinks this. The general sentiment is quite the opposite (and rightly so).

Add me to the list of players who will never go back to Party. I was updating my PT database, and realized there were like 40 tournaments that I had hands recorded, but no results (32 from Pokerstars, 8 from Party). I logged into PS, requested each tournament by # THROUGH THE USER INTERFACE, and they were in my mailbox seconds later.

I then logged into Party. After some searching, I was unable to find a way to request the result for the 8 tournaments through their (crappy) UI. I then emailed support, and asked for the 8 tournament summaries, complete with tournament numbers. Support replied that they were unable to comply with my request. When I pushed them for more details, the told me THEY DID NOT HAVE THOSE RECORDS. Either they lied, or things are scarily wrong over there. I emailed them back and told them exactly that, and that I would withdraw the remainder of my account and never play there again.

F**k Party, their crappy, bug-ridden software, and their 'customer service'.
