in this case the BB is going to be all-in, and KQ does way better against a random hand than T9s does. the BB's presence should make the limpers much more reluctant to call you, both for the dumb psychological reason that they know they'll see your cards and for the non-dumb reason that you would be much less inclined to do it if you weren't going to be ahead of the random BB.
