That's like being the world's fastest runner and then competing in the Special Olympics.

uh....hello.....he plays live for money, and he plays on the internet just for practice. One more reason to respect Cloutier.

I can see it. Since the money means nothing whatsoever to him, he can try out new strategies with complete abandon. There is probably a fair amount to learn in figuring out how to beat the $11s for the most ridiculously gigantic ROI possible.

Then why not play the $5 SNGs or play on another site that has lower buy in ones?

When you have millions of dollars, I think the difference between 5 bucks and 10 bucks is pretty slim.

I think the dude ran off his $1s and $5s back in like 1987. $10s are the smallest bills he has.

By this point, TJ may well have grown incapable of understanding that there are $$ denominations below $10 in the world.

OK, it's too late to go for the 'he's too rich' jokes, but can I still go for the 'he's too broke' jokes?

I hope he takes this 600K and invests it somewhere other than craps, though, the man deserves it.

Also, I'm not sure if the 10+1 really is the best place to keep on top of ones game. But then again, I won't argue with TJ Cloutier.

My best guess that hasn't been posted is that he uses the $11's to (accurately) familiarize himself with playing against nine unbluffable donks.

This doesnt surprise me.. especially if plays on party skins, it will be one of the few places the weak-tight nonsense in his books will be profitable! heh.
