Is $100 really the biggest in use in USA? I have never been there so I really dont know, but in europe they use 500€ bills which is something like $650.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah and the EU are being asked to remove that bill out of circulation. It just simplifies the lives of money launderers and drug dealers.

Hey TSP,

[ QUOTE ]
I tell you what pisses me off. How the hell can I be expected to travel and play serious poker if I have to carry fricken $100 bills. Why cant this stinkin government come out with $1000 bills so I can go on the road with 30k and not look like a retard with my shorts being pulled down with 300 $100 bills. Last time I left Vegas, I looked like a disheveled moron trying to get out of town like I just robbed a convenience store and have a bunch of Ho-Hos in my pocket.

Pisses me off.

I set up a line of credit at Bellagio to avoid this problem when I went a few weeks ago. It was surprisingly easy to do (although there were a couple of minor hassles). I'd recommend it to anyone heading out there rather than carrying thousands of dollars cash...

Default A real solution

Couldn't you get a box, either at Bellagio, Mirage, or even a safe deposit box at a bank? Then you could just leave a decent sum of money down there. I can't imagine you need all that cash where you live, and if you need it its like a $200 +2hour plane ride from damn near anywhere.
