first off there's no 4k-8k game at the wynns so in order for people to respect daniel as a top notch poker player in the long run (something he highly value as it seems)...he ethier has to crush the tournament tour constantly (highly unlikely) or succeed in the biggest game in world which 500k HU is pretty close to...otherwise he'll just go in the direction of a phil hellmuth...great player but not really a contender for one the best ever which i'm pretty sure daniel would love to be known as.

no, i'm saying the guy's got some balls. his popularity is at stake though. can you imagine if barry didn't send mimi tran over to the wynns w/ 500k. like or not, daniel's getting his azz handed to him in these matches and things aren't getting any better w/ guys like chip reese and phil ivey around town.

nah, i'm pretty sure barry hates daniel. the crap daniel said about him at his forum are flat out insulting. it's also the reason i lost my respect for daniel.

Daniel Hates how BG is dismissive of players,(i.e. Daniel) who are considered the best in the world that do not regularly play in the big game, and rightfully so, I feel. DN is likely the best tourney player, but as far as overall, he may be futher than anyone, much less himself, thinks. I'm sure Barry is no more than mildly annoyed by DN's antics.
