I will only make a play solely to help my image in very rare occasions or in occasions when the difference between two choices is relatively small or unclear. For instance early on in a tourney I might call from the SB against the BB, understand that they will probably fold too much postflop if I just make some random bet, but I might check it down anyway if I have nothing. This is the kind of thing some people might remember, and it gives up almost nothing if anything at all. |

this seems fairly standard to me, but would you push 9,2o here curtains? I'm assuming that you would fold 2,3o in part because of the image thing.

How ironic that its Q3. What image does he have to worry about now? The blinds are up at 300/600 jeezus. They are going to be calling with Ax regardless? |
