Raise it up. Couldn't be a better turn card for you.

Hero raises. One jack beats you as well as two jacks, but now it's less likely that either player has it. Aggro guy may also have noticed the third limper is making weak folds and be betting 99 or A8 or even semi-bluffing overcards and a flush draw again. A bet with A8 may seem especially attractive to him here since he hopes to have you reverse dominated. You aren't though, and you'll soon find out if anyone is sitting on triplicate jacks. If they aren't this raise has huge value.

If aggressive player flopped top pair against you, he would likely go for a c/r, hoping the LP's call two cold or fold entirely, so his betting looks like a draw, possibly with a pair, hoping you raise for value. I call the flop, and definitely raise that turn. It was a good a turn as you could like (except for a 10)

It's close to a check in my opinion, but I agree. If he's prone to making tough folds he would have folded a 3 on the turn after his hopes of making two pair went out the window. But he might have an 8 to call you with and it's unlikely he has a better hand. Most likely he was on a draw that missed and folds.
