Re: Bottom 2 pair with 3-flush on flop
[ QUOTE ]
Yes. I think I understand this. What I'm saying is that you might have a small edge here (especially since your boat outs are not diamonds). [/ QUOTE ] An equity edge because they are not diamonds? I wish my boat outs were diamonds, then I would have a license to print money as somonee with a single diamond (especially something like the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ) will have improved to a very strong second-best hand. -K [/ QUOTE ] Right. Our edge is smaller because we can't have someone go nuts later. |

Re: Bottom 2 pair with 3-flush on flop
Thanks for the input, it looks like a toss-up between raise or call.
I decided to raise and hope that they were both on draws, and because I still had the other 2 3's and 2 deuces in case someone hits their flush which would win me a bunch. CO called me, blank on the turn, I bet he calls, 4 comes on the river, I bet he raises, I make the call just to see, and he turns over A9, no [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. |

Re: Bottom 2 pair with 3-flush on flop
I would have check-called a river 4, hoping to induce a bluff. I would not bet this river unless you can fold to a raise.
