well, i do badminton for 2 hours 2wice a week, that's good exercise. and i don't so much as exercise as try and eat healthier food, i am really thin, too thin in fact.

i eat about as much candy/food/whatnot as the average guy and doesn't do squat for exercise. still i haven't gained a pund since i stopped growing. life is fair.
