Re: Help with mid pocket pairs
I raise this preflop, but I guess that's debatable. Other than that, I think you're okay here.

Re: Help with mid pocket pairs
My logic is that as SB seemed pretty solidly TAG he would not be calling down with 1 pair or overs as the odds were not there. Any higher PP or dodgy 2 pair he would have raised, so he must be there for the only obvious draw.
UTG+1 is playing pretty badly, and has tended to call down with mid or bottom pair, so unless he is also on the flush draw, which I had seen him raise before, this seems logical to put him on (tentatively at least). |

Re: Help with mid pocket pairs
Raise this preflop. (is there any reason not too..?)
Certainly the 9 on the turn shouldn't make you wory as much as the K on river. I think you played it just fine. However I have a question for these hands, what do you do if reraised on the river. call/fold..? |

Re: Help with mid pocket pairs
I'm not sure what everyone else would do , but if UTG+1 popped me on the river I'm out of there, especially because it is a king.
