Re: Tournament Report - My First Super (Way too long)
[ QUOTE ]
I've played in 3 more "majors" on Party since that first one. Haven't cashed again, but I've done fairly well all things considered (finished 232 of 1960 in the 500k on Sunday; missed the money by 12 spots). [/ QUOTE ] I actually observed you during the 200K on Saturday(you just happened to be sitting at my friend's table) and I witnessed solid play. You just seemed to run into a trouble hand with your set of 7's vs a set of 10's. |

You just seemed to run into a trouble hand with your set of 7's vs a set of 10's. [/ QUOTE ] Everyone & their mother said there was nothing I could do on that hand, but I still feel like I could've/maybe should've laid it down. I knew that I was beaten when he pushed, and I still would've had ~20xBB if I'd folded there. Then again, tough to say if I'm not just being results-oriented; I'd probably be patting myself on the back for a great call if he'd had AT. Re: Tournament Report - My First Super (Way too long)
Good report. I busted out on the bubble in a MTT last night against 77, but instead you had 77. Tough break, that's not a bad result at all for a super.
