I just had some cashout problems with multipoker myself. A normal bank withdrawal that normally takes 1-2 days took 8. I had to email them at payments@multipoker.com. Then they fixed it straight away.

I hope they aren't holding it ransom like they did mine -- here's an excerpt from the 1 hour phone conversation:

("W" = woman from PayPro)
(remember, this is supposed to be about my multipoker account)

W - "I see that your Party Poker account has been closed"

Me - "What? Why is that?"

W - "I don't know sir, perhaps you should tell me why?" (very attitude-tone)

Me - "I have no idea what you are talking about, are you implying that I closed my Part account? If so, I have never requested that my Party account be closed"

W - "Your party account is closed. It was closed on Febuary XX"

(yet, I played there for a few days in the month of April)

Me - "Actually, no it is not. I am logged on and sitting at a table, playing as we speak" (and I was)

W - "Have you deposited money? Go ahead and try, I guarantee you will be unable to"

Me - "Well, seeing as how you guys have confiscated my money until I fax you this application that you guys have supposedly emailed me 3x now, I have no money available to deposit at the moment."

W - "Your accounts at Party and Multipoker have been closed, please fax or mail the preferred player application at your earliest convenience in order for these accounts to be re-opened."

Me - "But you haven't sent me the application yet."

This is just one of MANY exchanges that are similar in "wtf-ness"
