Re: Bellagio room reservation question
Don't tell them how many people. Just book the room - and check in when you get there. They will ask you how many room keys/people - say 2.
You guys are smart enough to parse 2 keys between yourselves and meet/exchange keys. |

Re: Bellagio room reservation question
Here's a crazy idea, don't stay at the Bellagio. Are you really going to spend that much time in the room because that is the only way you will appreciate it. As someone said, the pool action is better elsewhere. If that doesn't matter that much, you should try for poker rates at MGM, Mirage and Monte Carlo, rooms are cheaper but the pools aren't as nice as Mandalay (Mirage pools are nice though).

Re: Bellagio room reservation question
You can play at the Bellagio and qualify for the Poker Room rate even if you've never played there before. All you'll have to do is get a player's card on your first day and have a floorperson initial it at the end of your sessions, so the Poker Room can confirm that you gave them 6 hours of action per day.
The Bellagio may also charge you the full rack rate (whatever it is) when you check in, but as long as you satisfy the 6 hour per day requirement, you'll get the discounted rate. Believe me, staying at the Bellagio is well worth the trouble. Here is a link to poker rate information at the top Vegas hotels. http://www.pokerkicksass.com/RoomInfo.html |

Re: Bellagio room reservation question
Or, get the two keys and go back to the desk later and say you lost one of the keys and ask for two more. If you are reasonably polite and discreet no one will care how many people are in your room

Re: Bellagio room reservation question
Simply say there will be two people in the room and get two double beds. No one will ask or care.
