lets recap:

1. you play like doyle
2. you are losing at PP400NL

therefore it is impossible that

3. doyle could beat PP400NL

#2 and #3 are fact, so finding the problem shouldn't be hard.

I think you need deeper stacks, perhaps 300 BB. At all levels, the maximum buy-in at Party is 100 BB. Even if you triple up, there might not be anyone at the table who has also tripled up, and if there is, you might not be able to play many hands with them.

At Absolute Poker, the maximum buy-in is 200 BB, so you might want to try there. I believe there are some unlimited buy-in tables at Ultimate Bet. There are some 250 BB max buy-in tables at PokerStars, but only with a $0.02 big blind.
