I'd call. You've seen him re reaise all in with AK already which i think reduces the chances he called with it. So you only fear a set, and i doubt he'd make that play with a set. More likely flush draw or a weaker king. Could even be a move.

Thanks for all the insight guys...I guess after I made the play I felt I was being too weak-tight, so it was bothering me. I just didn't want to be one of those who overvalue TPTK and bust out early.

I would have to call here. You don;t have very many chips left and there is a good chance he is trying to move you off your hand.

You must have had a reason for showing your hand, but I think it hurts you more than helps you. Do you really want everyone to know that you folded top pair? This free info is very likely to be exploited against you.

Yes, I thought of that after the tournament as well. However, during the remaining portion of the tournament everyone game my raises respect. I flashed the king merely to show that I wasn't in a hurry to gamble and that I did have a hand.
Perhaps that is flawed thinking, but this was my 2nd major live tournament. Thanks for your insight. |

i bet-call on that flop and hope for the best. i definitely don't flash the K if i fold.
