I think when he bets out on the river you're a 3.5:1 dog and should maybe find a call button. if he's not a lag he would have slowed down with 2 pair somewhere (and maybe even 55/77)

You won't find many players limp UTG with 64 and 96, so the above analysis does not hold much water.
