one thing many seemed to miss is his limited stack. when some players see a guy with limited stack size, they will call. so why not maximize and get as many bets in as possible....even if someone hits a str8 on the turn, you still have 10 outs to a redraw...

the great thing about sets is you can play them as 'made' hands or 'drawing' hands....lots of options here.

but again, with a short stack, (i think he was playing 4-8 with $40 left?) thats not much...so if theyll likely call, get as much as possible in...
