I moved to vegas from boston about 7 months ago...there are two routes (nothern and southern) you can take. I took the southern route, which is basically 95 south to rte. 40 west. We took about 5 days to get out here, driving 10 hours a day. I recommend taking your time and seeing the sites because you dont drive across country often. The southern route takes you through NY, PA VA, TN, AR,OK,TX,NM,AZ and NV.1st night, we stopped in rural VA ( virginia military academy, which sucked) 2nd night, we stopped in memphis which rocked( check out beale st, and its about 1/2 hour from tunica,ms which has riverboat casinos) 3rd night we stopped in Amarillo,TX which was kinda lame. 4th night we stopped in flagstaff, AZ which is near the grand canyon, also, there is a college there with a bunch of dumb broads. From flagstaff its about 2.5 - 3 hrs to vegas. You go by the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead this way. We went the southern route because the cities we went through were a little more appealing. IF we went the northern route, we would have had to stay in ohio, middle of nowhere, iowa, middle of nowhere, and utah, middle of nowhere. Depending on how long you are willing to take, the northern route could be cool, i guess. We were on a time constraint. Definitely take pics and post them. Good Luck... P.S. Vegas is well worth the trip.

I am not even sure what a factory farm is....Here in Mississippi we have places I like to refer to as Chicken Armageddon

Not sure if they are the same thing
