First, I don't like KQs at all. I like my position though, and I expect to use it, I limp here. That said, the way you played it, you've obviously got to raise flop, but certainly not to t250. Once you do that, you're commiting yourself to the pot. I raise to t175 or so. After he checks turn, it's likely he's on a draw, there's a bunch of chips in the middle, and I'm picking those up.

Hand 2: Once UTG check-minraises, you either fold here, or you're getting your chips in the middle somewhere down the line. Since there are few draws out there, I call this one. And once the somewhat scary turn comes, I'm pushing no matter what.
