My thoughts

1. I'd raise PF unless I thought the blinds are coming along for one but not two bets. This is really read dependent.
2. You have to raise the flop. Board is too coordinated to let UTG have a cheap flush and/or straight draw. What can he have - I'm afraid of KQ, KTs, QTs, or somehow two diamonds. JJ will call or raise again.
3. Turn - a blank. I don't see how UTG improves here. Raise looks good.
4. River a nine - interesting. Only hand I see beating you here is QTs. Raise, reraise looks fine.
