It is probably not the volume of the mic but the mic itself. They only have one mic on the table and that is obviously not going to pick up the sound from the whole table very well. If they raised the volume on the feed you would be complaining that it was distorted.

I missed Saturday. Anyway, Russ says the table mic is turned up all the way. Hey, I think I can figure this one out. How about... turn the announcers' mics down! (Duh.) They need to use a limiter too.
