FWIW, 38% of the 2/4 players in my Pokertracker database are winners. [/ QUOTE ] How do yet get PT to tell you how many people in your db are winning? |

There are plenty of winners in these games. There are plenty of winners at all levels, it's just that there are more losers than winners.
FYI the party 2/4 games, when they are tight agressive, play like a 10/20 casino game. |

Also, if you are a losing player, then your poker tracker database will have more winners in it.

Re: You can not win at 2/4 or 3/6 hold\'em
Caro says "tight is right in a rake game" and that's because the winner of the hand pays the rake. (I'm sure you can loosen up when players are terrible.) A hand can be marginally profitable, but become unprofitable when rake is considered. I play in a B&M game with a 10% rake, an extra dollar is raked for the bad beat when pot hits $20, AND most times you tip the dealer a dollar. That's a $5.50 charge in a $35.00 pot. It took me awhile, but I've been beating this game handily for over a year now. You can beat the game you're playing in if the quality of your play is high. Read SSH until the covers falls off, and then buy a new copy...fwiw
