Both articles reference only one person, Sally Turner, as having received the booklet. Mrs. Turner identified herself as part of the Article 8 group. Sounds like the Article 8 group got a hand on this pamphlet and brought it to the press's attention. Otherwise you probably would have heard some non-Article 8'ers complain about it as well.
