Personally, for as little as he bets, I call it. He probably has a Qx two pair or something. Personally, I don't mind the check on the turn. In fact, I think the fact that he bets on that Q gives you some good information there.

Bottom line, this is a guaranteed call for me. You lose, you lose, but your hand is hardly a sure loser here. I think it's at least 50% to win.
