College definition: generally sex and/or oral sex I guess you could say that hardcore making out, with touching, could constitute hooking up. But seriously, if you're making out with a girl with clothes off and you don't atleast get head, that's lame. No one wants blue balls.

[/ QUOTE ] Just to clarify, what you pick in the poll above is just the minimum criteria for you to agree "yeah, you hooked up w/ her" when someone says to you "I hooked up w/ this chick." Obviously, people can strive to achieve more than the minimum.
