Given villian's stats a 3 bet, he likely his most likely hands are QQ, KK, AA, AK, and AQs. He didnt cap the flop, which makes the AK and AQs slightly more likely, although he could have been slowplaying and got scared. Thus the turn tells us almost nothing.

That being said, on the river he will prolly fold his A high and call with the overpair (maybe raise AA). If you check/call you could induce a bluff from the A high hands and possibly lose less to the overpairs.

I vote check/call river.

Villain's play here is strange. He has enough of a hand to 3-bet p/f and raise on the flop, but then just calls the flop reraise and the turn bet, which looks weak to me. Maybe he has trips, but I feel like you have to bet/fold the river. As one other poster said, he could have a lot of different things in his hand.
