How can you be a Canadian Resident living in the US? Wouldn't that make you a US resident?

Default I am going to go to bat for Bodog and call you out...

I am a Canadian living in Canada and I decided to try and get around their No Canadians allowed thing and deposit $100 in their casino and get the $100 bonus they were offering. What I did was found a US addy with real Zip and all and made up a fake phone number but used my real name. I deposited and got the bonus no problems and ended up losing the deposit AND the bonus.

Now here is where it gets interesting. I emailed them saying I was not happy about how horrible I ran in blackjack and I think something might have been up. (I was mad) A couple days later I get a email back from the Casino manager who actually took a look at my account and told me exactly how I went bust and how my progressive betting was a reason I most likely went bust. I really couldnt believe that the Casino manager himself actually looked at my account and examined it. I have dealt with hundreds of casinos and NONE of them have ever done anything like this. So in this email I get back he offers me ANOTHER $100 bonus if I decide to deposit again. I was shocked. So I decided to make a another deposit. As soon as I made it I get an email back from their security team stating that I am not a resident of the USA and I am thinking NO WAY they got me to redeposit so they can keep my money. I was pissed. I wrote off the $100 and went right back to withdraw it without playing. THe next day I look in Neteller and I found my $100!! WAIT..NO..I found $200!!! They returned my ORIGINAL deposit that I lost to them as well! Now what online casino has EVER done that? I will give you a hint..NOT 1.

Now you say they have stole $3000 from you. I say BULLSHIT. There is no other online gambling group more honest than Bodog. I think there is much ore to the story than you are posting here.

I come on here trying help out in case any other Canadians were thinking of playing there and all I get like usual is stupid comments 90% of the time.

Canadians are not allowed to play on the site period. We knew this already. You tried to circumvent the Terms and Conditions and got nabbed - boo hoo.

You're not doing anyone here a favour - so pull the nails out of your hands and get off the cross.

Microbob, of your 10,000 posts, are any of them useful and not a stupid comment?

Now this is ridiculous. There are many posters whose contributions to this site can be questioned (present company included), but Microbob? Really?

Child. You so whack!

I have perused your previous posts. What exactly have you contributed to this site?

Exactly.

Now please post your correspondence with BoDog support.

Cordially yours,

Wyers

You do realize that you and OP are saying the same thing?

He says he won $3000 and they won't give it to him.

You say you lost $100 and they won't keep it.

In both cases they negated the wagers and returned the original deposits. The only difference I see is that you admit that you tried to deceive them and thereby caused them a great deal of trouble. OP claims that he has not violated the T&C but cannot prove it to their satisfaction.

Microbob, of your 10,000 posts, are any of them useful and not a stupid comment?
They started asking questions when I wanted to cash out. They said they can't cash out until the funds clear from my deposit. So I asked is there any way to speed it up as they said it takes 5-7 business days, so I wouldn't be able to get any money for almost 2 weeks. So after a bunch of emails that didn't help and were just standard replies, they said I needed to fill out the bank form and send id, etc, etc and then maybe they can let me play until my deposit clears.
So I sent them all this and my id is Canadian, so they said i violated the rules and I had to forfeit my winnings. So I sent them the email from them that said I can play as long as I had a US address and bank account, then he said I need proof of US address. I live with my girlfriend so I don't have the phone or bills in my name so he said i was basically screwed. I do have the internet under my name, but he said that wasn't a good enough bill when I faxed it in.
Why would I make this up? I played 5/10NL and was up $3000 and then they came up with 50 excuses and took my money. I'm not actually out any money out of this, just the winnings, but none of my own actualy money. They took this money that was from other players and they get screwed as well as me. Sorry for trying to help out.
