I think it depends hugely on your read. Villain is trying to represent AA, since I don't think any other hands will be played sensibly this way. But I have folded a big hand in a similar situation and had KQo or something flashed at me by a good player.
I probably take my time and then fold unless I have a pretty good read. If he has pulled this with a less-than-premium hand, he deserves to sweat a little [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

I would call this quickly. AA, KK dominate you, but unless you have seen him over bet his strong hands, I cannot put him on it. AK is a coin flip but is not a made hand. Also, with 4 other preflop callers I put someone else on an A or K which would decrease his outs even further.
All other hands you dominate. Call already. Rushtime

See, in a deep stacked, low limit online rebuy I'd pull this move with AA just because I know no one believes it. That's why it works that well.
I dunno, every option seems asstacular. Meh, I probably shrug and fold.
