Ok, here's the whole hand...

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP3 posts a blind of $1.5.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls, MP3 (poster) checks, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Button calls.

Flop: (11 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, Button folds.

Turn: (7 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls.

River: (9 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls.

Final Pot: 11 BB

Here's my reasoning:
PF: Value, which I've learned is quite wrong.

Flop: Wanted to keep showing strength, plus I had a gutshot that no one would credit me with. Wasn't happy with all the callers

Turn, see flop, but now I also have a pair. Shortened the field quite a bit too, which is a plus.

River: Feels good to be the riverer instead of the riveree!

In a NL tournament, I *might* consider a raise here as an opportunity to build the pot for my flush/straight whenever I DO hit, and also as a chance to semi-bluff a large pot.

EDIT: Also, for deception and if I've been running cold on cards, because they expect big overcards when I play since I haven't played a hand in a while.

The PF raise isn't worth it. The flop bet as a semi-bluff in .50/1 limit will never ever work and you can be sure one of them has atleast an ace or king, since the micro limit players will definetely play any ace or king (suited or unsuited). Calling 1 bet on the flop is ok since you have the right odds. If the gut-shot doesn't hit on the turn I fold.
