ADVICE: Get used to it, it happens.

I wrote about similar experiences here.

Take a break or whatever else will help you remain calm. Just keep learing and trying to play your best. Step away from the table if you find you are playing poorly.

Good luck.

I know this is .5/1 but this is extremely embarresing and utterly frustrating.

One thing I found during downswings is that I end up paying raises off too much. I can't remember the last time I got checkraised on the river and won without the (near) nuts. Stop paying off river and turn checkraises made by solid players. Every time you pay off one of these, it's 1 BB. Do this 5 times in 100 hands, and your winrate for those 100 hands just decreased by 5.

Which is what I tell myself when I get CR'd and call with my 2 pair to the runner runner flush.

Excellent advice btw...

Any words of advice?

In the future keep it to yourself and don't post this crap.

I cannot believe nobody flamed you yet. Flaming is not heartless or useless, it serves a function. Step it up, people.

His post was bad and he should feel bad? Is that better?

After 100 BB it's less annoying to see a downswing post. If this was 30 BB he'd be getting more flames.

Promoting a flamefest isn't the answer. I went through the same phase as I'm certain the vast majority of players starting out have.

It's a product of frustration which then begins to attack the confidence level and makes you question your play. Give the guy a break.

Lessee... You said:

Oh yeah... I'm sorry... I now see how I missed your "point"... It's so obvious now.... My bad.

Now if you tossed in "have a heart attack and die you scumbag" it would have been easier for me to misinterpret it.
