I don't how you can possible say his outs aren't tainted... There is both a flush and a straight draw present. He may be drawing dead already. He may hit his two pair and have the board paired on the river in which case his hand is worthless. Four people in the pot etc.
In my book this is an extremely easy fold.

OK, we are down to four outs - lots of redraws, lots of opponents, Q432 is not an action board. IMO folding is a good move. Hero is not even last to act on the flop.

Sthief, it's not just a random opponent behind Hero to act, it's the pfr, making a raise much more likely, and as someone else said, increasing the chance the flop bettor has a strong hand.

I dont post elsewhere than BB when I play online, so dont really have anything to say about the preflop :b

When you can´t find a raise on the flop, then maybe, folding is the better option ?
