I agree, and I rarely agree with "end of thread" remarks. The sec I saw the topic of this thread, Yellow Ledbetter instantly entered my mind.

My favorites are:

Pennies by The Smashing Pumpkins, although that one actually did get some radio play. Maybe that makes it something other than a real b-side. If so, then I'm going to go with The Aeroplane Flies High or actually, it'd probably be any of about 5 or 6 other songs from The Aeroplane Flies High box set (the Mellon Collie & the Infinite Sadness singles) by the same Smashing Pumpkins. Some people consider Pisces Iscariot to be a B-Sides album, but that's a bit grey, so I won't say anything from that, or else Starla would be by far and away the best.
