That's what I was wondering about. I may not even be ahead, and do I want to make a massive pot with this hand?

I think 15:1 is enough to peel on the flop.

I think this is a fairly easy flop fold.

Default To those who advocate a flop fold......

I am getting 15:1 on the call, and likely a bit more. Assuming my 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] outs are dirty, that still gives me odds to draw to my overs and my BD straight. Granted, someone may have fropped the frush, but I think that may be living in fear.

The times that you are reverse dominated, will get c/r on the flop, are already up against a flush or will have to dodge a spade on the river when you hit one of your outs on the turn = fold.

yeah, but when you have 5 opponents that fear is realistic. not to mention if you hit one of your 4 outs you are faced with at least one massive redraw.

i fold. but im not gonna say that calling is awful.

I think it's far from easy, though I'll admit that on the spot, I'd probably fold. I tried doing the math in my head on the last one and thought that I'd need somewhere around 15:1 to be ok calling.

The reason I was more ok with a call is the number of times a flop like this will get bet, then checked through on the turn. I dunno though; I'm just saying that I can't hate a call here.

How many outs do you think we have, on the average?
