You can be a favorite against 0% of the hands that call you and still be correct to push in. That being said, this hand is still a fold in this spot.

OK, the unanomous opinion is that the K9 suited is not strong enough to push all in given this situation. However, if your chip stack had been 1600 rather than 10000, the answers may have been different given that the K9s would then have been better than a "random hand", which you'd be forced to play in the Big Blind on the next hand. So, is there a general rule of thumb to use to compare your chip stack to the upcoming blinds to determine when you must push all in with an above average hand (though not a great hand) to avoid having the blinds pass through you leaving you critically shortstacked thereafter?
