I don't know if this happens in higher stakes games, but in the $100/NL ring games people will come in and steal blinds for a few rotations, and leave, and most of the time nobody ever calls these people. Is this type of play profitable? [/ QUOTE ] This is +EV for a losing player. Anytime such a players stops when they are up they are making a positive ev decision. For a winning player, unless the game conditions aren't favorable, it is a -ev move. --Zetack |
