1) scammers

or

2) money launderers

or

3) trying to get around age restrictions

Paypal allows all credit cards while Neteller does not. This is a legitmate reason for wanting to do this.

you guys are dumb. a few weeks ago i was personally looking for a way to transfer money from neteller into paypal because i wanted to buy stuff on ebay and ran out of paypal funds. i didnt want to deposit money from my bank account either. i ended up having my rb provider send me payment over paypal instead of neteller as usual.

This would be a fast way to get your Paypal account closed. I should know [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I run a weekly tournament and each week I would accept money via paypal from the entrants, and would then transfer it to them via the poker site(to save them having to deposit minimum of $50) and ended up getting my paypal account closed.
