Maybe he makes enough from the tables + rakeback that it would -EV to chase bonuses.

I looked into this problem a while ago, and while Neteller is a Canadian company that won't report to the IRS, the debit card is made by an American company, so it will leave a paper trail.

If you don't want to pay taxes on your poker winnings, my advice is to move to Canada.

Correct. If you're playing multiple tables above 5/10 and getting rake back, the bonuses are a waste of time.
