if that was the only incentive to play there, it wouldn't be worth it. however the VFP program which pays 1.5BB/hr is a pretty good deal for anyone playing between $1/2 and $5/10 limits. whether or not this program will stick around is anyone's guess, but there are definitely people already taking advantage of it in the early goings.

Does anybody know if there's a way to see how many hours you've logged in a week?

Mmmmmm. 10 2+2'ers at 4 tables folding the blinds around to each other while 6-tabling party...No raises or limps allowed...

Anyone interested?.

Baulucky - too funny.

Cactus Terry - hit the enter key every now and then, makes reading easier on the eyes.

I just joined today - signed up for the VFP program but haven't heard from them yet.

Its absolutly true that playing at the .25/.50 tables is a total waste - after playing there about two hours this morning i realized that i hadn't earned ANY bonus points, despite being part of several large pots...

Wasn't planning on committing enough bankroll to play the 1/2, so that might be it for me...

too bad, I like the graphics and the VFP club seemed quite enticing...

also, i've emailed them about turning off the sound and haven't heard back. anybody know if its posisble?

I've thought of doing this too, however I don't think it would take long for them to catch on and kick you out of a potentially very profitible VFP program.

no waiting list available that I can see if the table is full. I don't like that at all. Also, I won money in a tournament last night from which I earned 1 frequent player point which I used for entry into another tournament. The point now appears nowhere. Does that mean that points used for tournament entry cannot be used towards the bonus. I thouht it should not be shown as available but still be shown under the total points. email sent with question but no response yet anyone know the answer.

This is the response I got a day and a half after sending my email in about the VFP program last week:

Hi,

Welcome to the VFP program! We've received your request and will sign you
up. We'll keep in touch with news and events. The bonuses will be added at
the end of the month.

Thank you for joining GamesGrid poker, and good luck in all your games!

Kind regards,

Jean

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't think the 'end of the month' is correct because I was told we will get paid every Monday by a couple of people. I guess I'll find out on Monday.

Not directly, but it's counting the points, and the payout will be one minute after midnight Sun/Mon. They weren't certain if it would happen this night though, some testing left to do apparently.

Soon after that there will be a page where you can check your current VFP stats, so you know how much you earn when the week is over.
