Uh, that's not a recipe for disaster. Deep stacks just require a different way of thinking and playing (not saying I know how to play deep stacks, because I don't). It's not "wrong" to have a 700 BB stack, as long as you know how to play deep stack.

As for this hand, definitely raise the turn and build the pot. You're almost certainly winning here.
