i have posted in the support forum every time i have had a problem and it was answered within an hour and i have yet to see someone post there and not have their questions answered

i honestly don't know how realistic 17k in rake is within one month but it sounds a little far fetched to me

I agree that:

1. This kind of thread probably doesn't belong here for the reasons you stated, and

2. Matt has made life difficult for himself by getting frustrated and angry when a polite request would probably have got him the info he seeks.

However, I do have a little sympathy for Matt. As a fellow noob at FPP/PSO I am confused as well. Some of the info they give appears to be very strange and, as a noob, we don't know the appropriate place to ask questions. The chat function doesn't seem an unreasonable place to start to me......

Why do you think that he 'is an ass that can't read'? The 10th of the month following March is 10 April, yes? But they then say May......and the confusion continues.

I submit that your methods for trying to ask for help were pretty poor.

I also don't think it was cs that was flaming you....it was somebody else and you don't seem to realize that.
The CS representative even tried to explain to you that he didn't say that and that it was someone else.


I agree with Homer that you seem to be very confused about your situation and your conversations with them.

This is kind of strange as it seems to be plain as day to everyone here.


I re-submit that posting "This rakeback site sucks" only to get to later post "Oh...never mind. Problem solved so I take it back" is not a productive use of the 2+2 forums. But I've already made my case on this issue so I'll get off that horse.
