I haven't been watching latb for very long... last night's episode was the 4th one i've see and they've all been very high stakes. This is the first lowstakes one i've seen-- will we typically see worse players at the smaller stakes or does the size of blinds not change anything?

Last night was an anomaly. The only game that has come anywhere near last night's show was the 400/800 game with Jerry Buss, Chad Brown, and Ted Forrest. The level of play at this $200 restricted game is pretty low.

that must have been an unreal game to watch! Yeah I'm going to the Turning Stone Casino next weekend, i'm only 20 so it's the only casino around where i can get in for 18+. It'll be my first non-online holdem game I think watching these stakes will be a good warm up.

haha yeah... i figured it woudln't be the highest quality of play; my (lucky) friends who are 21 and have been playing holdem for a while say the calibur of play at the 1/2 NL table is just dismal. I can't wait to go Turning Stone...

Seat three wins the maroon of the night award, and it's only 6:15.
