this depends a lot on the opponent. i can't really say for sure.

I understand a little bit better now...basically, if safe turn card, you get +++EV as opposed to +EV on flop.

Plus, if either player has KQ/QJ (as cockandbull mentioned), it is likely that they will stick around for a call on turn raise and a call on river (assuming safe card on river).

Ok, now what % of the time must UTG+1 bet on turn for this to be a good play? I think even if he does it just a third of the time, waiting until turn is a good play. You are holding off .5 BB to get 1 BB.

But, it definitely also depends on what UTG+1 will bet with too...my "1/3" comment is probably way too simple.

Either way is fine. I have no problem popping them on the turn if I'm sure they will bet inot me again. If thats not guarenteed, just raise the flop.
