[/ QUOTE ] co-signing = terrible idea buying house with fiance = terrible idea wait until she is your wife and then buy the house or just buy it in your name.

It will be a major pain in the butt when the wedding gets moved back, then postponed, then cancelled and you end up owning half a house with someone. Its just much easier to do it right.

lie. say its some earnings you get from a website or something. make it look like its either you make money or you dont, but you cant lose money.

It is not a great idea to lie to your loan officer. However, if she were, based upon that lie, to come back with new documents for you to sign corraborating your newly learned occupation, you're in a world of hurt.
