Don't overthink NL 100. You have QQ, the 3rd best hand possible, and someone massively overbet preflop. Push in a heartbeat with no looking back. I've never seen anyone pull the MoH and I'm sure as hell not going to start putting people on AA whenever they make a ridiculously large raise. Will you be up against AA sometimes? Yes. I bet 1/15 times you will be. The other times it will be 44-77 or something crappy.
