If you are going to beat yourself up over such a small loss over a long session, in a game that probably has very high varience, then you might want to re-consider your love of the game. You can't let it bother you.... its part of the cost of doing business.

I lost 30BBs in 2.5 hours the other night when a similar thing happened. I managed to be up by the end of my 17 hour session.

Just a part of the game... Weekend before last I lost a lot (for me), this weekend I won four times what I lost the week before.

Now that you have had the normal, "its normal" responses...

Go back and review your play. Find your mistakes and figure out what was the right play, remember that for the next time. Leasons at the table are not cheap, be thankful it did not cost you 300 BB... Chip up and come back swinging!

BTW 10 hours is nothing, now when you get to the 20+ hour sessions... [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
