You have to send documentation before they will process the cashout.

OOPS... is a DL good enough or do they want more?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not sure what DL means. I just scanned my driver's license and a utility bill, whited out certain details and saved it as a jpeg. I send that document to every casino that requires documentation.

i see...my bankroll is over that amount...so when do I actually stop wagering then...and how do I wager. Basically i did 25 a hand wagers until i cleared it...i was below 250 so i got bored and did one 119 bet for each hand of blackjack switch...so thats why i finished at 449

There is a famous post by Izverg on the BW forums in which he derived an equation that computes the "target" cashout amount, based on the bonus amount and your bankroll size. For the GP stickies:

Bankroll = $5,000 -> Cashout when balance is $700

Bankroll = $10,000 -> Cashout when balance is $900

Bankroll = $20,000 -> Cashout when balance is $1200

I wouldn't blame you for cashing out with the guaranteed $229 profit, but just know that you're leaving something on the table and may regret it in the future once you've run out of stickies. I played some early stickies weakly definitely regret it, now that I've done them all.

Heh, I just meant the one in this thread in which I told you to consider not cashing out just yet.

I would bet about 1/6 of my roll on each hand, in other words around $70 ($140 total).

Disclaimer (Trying to avoid being blamed for costing you $250)

Keep in mind that stickies are high risk and you could easily go from +$149 to -$100 ($249 swing), but continuing to play, given your bankroll size, is optimal.

Also, if it comforts you at all, I've made around $4K on 26 stickies since the beginning of the year, so I'm not entirely talking out of my ass.

Let me know how your cashout goes. I cashed out 5 days ago. I got an email from them saying it would take 48 hours. I haven't gotten my money and I haven't even gotten as much as a reply from emails. I know they are a reputable casino, but what's up with them not answering my emails. I'm starting to get really annoyed.

Sent documentation in emails. They haven't responded. It's been over 48 hours since I sent the emails. I know I should be patient, but if i need to wait more than 48 hours, they shouldn't say I will get the money within 48 hours. They could at least respond and tell me I have to wait more.
