You should not have any problem signing up with Neteller. They didn't even care when I told them that I had put down a false DOB on my original signup (when i was 17)

Had same issue, no worries.

Started at PS when I was under 18, still use same account after putting money into Firepay after age 18.

Emailed and talked to a rep. Basically said I registered with false info. Faxed in some id and im in the clear. No second glances or anything.

Guess I should leave the panties off.
