c'mon astro. certainly you understand this. it is terms of every BBJ online or in casinos.

not fair to those playing it by the rules. this also keeps the promo profitable. if this were not enforced, there would be hundreds of 'folding tables'.

i have seen one voided in a B&M for this very reason. if i am losing part of every pot to a drop, but there are monkeys on the next table cheating, then i won't play the drop tables.

i know what the rules are, it's just pretty nuts to get it revoked a while after the fact which is how i read this one happened. pretty funny for the commenter, but for the other guys holy [censored].

To be fair though...we don't know what was said.

If he just said "golly...look at that board" then that's one thing.

but if he said "hey....if you got JJ then you're going to be $35k richer" then that's a bit over the line.

Although I'm still not sure how much it would matter when they just comment on the one hand.....on a board of KKJJT it's kind of silly to assume that either the KK or JJ guy would fold (I'm just making up that hand....I don't know what the actual cards were).

In the B&M it is probably a bit more important because it's possible for someone to muck the losing hand after they someone has them beat....not realizing, of course, that they are jackpot eligible.
