Dont know how high you play, but 5 tables is allowed, 5-10 any flop gets raked, if thats too high, 3-6 rakes at $20 and 1-2 you need $15 pot for the fpp .50-1 you need $10 pot to get the appropriate rake.

Just based on this description, I'd say try the $10's and see how it goes!

Nope, has to be a $20 pot, so any flop where the pot was raised preflop I suppose.

Oh, that's all of them.

$3/6 and $5/10 6-max rack up the FPPs pretty fast.

Guy.

You could try the search function, because I know I just posted my opinion and got several responses on this topic just a couple of days ago.

FYI, I really enjoyed the 2/4 tables for clearing the bonus although a poster I deeply respect has me convinced to try 3/6 6Max next time.

the 2/4 tables might specifically be a little tighter during the reload because experienced whores/rocks will clear their bonus there most efficiently combined with minimal RoR. but perhaps if you're already a pure winning player on your own, then SH 3/6 might yield a wider pool of bonii-disregarding fish who are there just for the sake of playing.
