I agree it's a fold, but I think it's a lot closer than everyone suspects... You're ahead at least 23% here (85% over the BB at least), and if you're behind to MP, then you still have a 31% of catching the nut-flush by the river:

(.23)(122.4) + (.31)(122.4) = 66.09

Your pot equity, assuming BB folds here, is just below what you need to call. If you suspect BB to call > 15% then it would be worth it.

You have a bet and a raise on a scary board in front of the preflop raiser. You are ahead 0% here. And a made flush is a very likely hand which gives you 7 outs. Another like hand is a set which means you can lose even if you hit your flush. Easy fold.

I see your point, but even if bettor has a set here, and raiser has a made flush, you still have 24% pot equity. Not enough for a call obviously, but not so cut-n-dry.

Or am I thinking too much here?
